ARCC’s mission is to empower people with IDD and Autism to live fully, independently, and with dignity. We provide supportive Residential and CPS (Community Participation Support) services that promote self-advocacy, personal growth, and career and community engagement. Our individualized supports are offered in warm, comfortable, and fully accessible homes and day program environments where each person is encouraged to reach their highest level of independence. By creating opportunities for meaningful experiences and encouraging family involvement, we strive to build fulfilling and connected lives for those we serve — because every person deserves the chance to live a full and meaningful life.

We offer licensed residential services in safe, modern, and fully accessible homes, providing individualized 24/7 support in a comfortable and supportive environment. Through CPS and Supported Employment, individuals are encouraged to build life skills, develop social connections, and explore community and vocational opportunities at their own pace, based on personal interests and goals.
Support for Everyday Life
ARCC provides person-centered Residential, Community Participation Support (CPS), and Supported Employment services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including Autism. Our services are designed to support independence, dignity, and meaningful engagement in everyday life.
