ARCC’s Supported Employment services support people with IDS in exploring employment interests, building job-related skills, and pursuing community employment opportunities aligned with their goals and abilities.

Our services are individualized and may include job readiness support, skill development, and ongoing assistance in the workplace, as needed. We work collaboratively with individuals, families, area employers, and support coordination teams to promote long-term success, stability, and personal growth in community-based employment settings.
